Strength really is for everyone whatever your age & wherever you are in your journey - if you're 40+ then strength work is super important for so many areas including your long term health & longevity.

Strength work doesn't have to be overwhelming or overcomplicated – I want to make it fun and accessible for you in the gym or at home. Wherever you are in your fitness & strength journey I will meet you there and am here to help you feel seen, heard and accepted in the exercise space - age is not a barrier to getting fitter and stronger and that is something I feel very strongly about.

Invest in yourself - be your own priority - focus on how good it feels mentally and physically as you feel yourself getting stronger & being an absolute badass – magic will happen that is a given!
